Michael Vernon

Michael is retired from the Military, and several other subsequent occupations, where he “fixed things.”

About Me

I was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio, where I began playing cello at age 9. Through learning to play cello, Lavern Clouden, my first music teacher, provided me with a conduit of expression that immediately began to shape who I would ultimately become. I have had a full and rewarding life. Yet, although I have never played music exclusively (until now), my internal connection to the experience of playing music has only grown stronger over the years - even when this was almost certainly not obvious to those around me. Currently I play guitar and enjoy all genre’s of music--but, especially Jazz.
