About Me
With over a decade of experience immersed in the jazz and contemporary music worlds my
background blends scholarly research, music journalism, management and communication reflecting a
lifelong passion for music that began with early exposure to jazz.
I actively contribute to the music community through concert engagements, writing for various
publications, crafting press releases for artists and events, and involvement with music festivals.
My formal musical training began with jazz piano studies at the Vilnius Conservatory and continued at
the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, later I studied Music Writing and Theory at the Royal
Conservatory of Brussels, and completed my degree in Musicology at Lithuanian Academy of Music and
Theatre, where my research focuses on jazz.
My aim is to find insightful and engaging perspectives on jazz music and the artists who create it,
delving into the creative processes, historical contexts, and cultural significance that shape this
dynamic art form.
