My House Concert Story
Recently I played at BeBop the premier jazz club in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was an amazing and powerful experience. Buenos Aires is my home town so a lot of friends and family were there. I presented a new project Norte y Sur Quartet. The place was almost sold out. What a wonderful evening of music. Last January '24, I played at the Panama Jazz Festival. That was also great. I traveled with my jazz students. I taught a Drum Master Class and played with my own quartet. I met Master drummer Billy Cobham who was the special guest for the festival. Simply amazing to meet him in person!
