About this image

Mark O'Leary performed in Concert with Jack DeJohnette and Billy Hart, (pictured in concert with Jack and discussing set with Tomasz Stanko and Billy Hart before their concert in Limerick). Both Jack DeJohnette and Billy Hart were the drummers on Big Fun. The polyrhythms, textures and modal structures employed during these concerts were emblematic of the aesthetic of Big Fun.
