Vadim Neselovskyi grew up in Odessa, Ukraine then moved with his family to Dortmund, Germany when he was 17 years old. He began studying classical music at early age, and became interested in jazz in his teenage years. Shortly after arriving in Germany, he established himself in the local jazz scene,taking part in the Duesseldorf Jazz Rally and the Munich Jazzfest. After a few years, he decided to move to USA to futher study at Berklee College of Music, graduating in 2004. In meantime, he has performed at various times with pianist Gonzalo Rubalcaba (in duet), Tiger Okoshi and Teri Lynn Carrington before joining a group of 5 time Grammy nominee Gary Burton. With Gary Burton “Generations" Quintett Vadim is currently touring worldwide. Their Concord CD “Next Generation" has repeatedly became number 1 in air play charts in US. Originally from Austria with her home of choice in New York City, the vocalist presents a thrilling, multi layered and emotionally charged album with her new release “The Only Way Out Is Up". Drawing from stylistic influences as diverse as jazz, pop and drum&bass, Ms. Lohninger succeeds in creating a breathlessly suspenseful mood. Her band proves up to the task, mastering sensitive nuance as well as complex and exciting grooves. “..a haunting alto of suggestiveness and controlled force..." is the verdict of Jazz Improv Magazine (US) Erin is a versatile and experienced singer and recording artist. She has sung and/or recorded on projects with: Bobby McFerrin, Joe Lovano, Dave Valentin, John Benitez, Peter Eldridge, Xavier Davis, Ingrid Jensen, Eddie Henderson, George Garzone, Donny McCaslin, Jeremy Pelt, Ugonna Okegwo, Quincy Davis, Jay Collins, Hector Martignon, Raynald Colom (Barcelona), Eric Biondo, Dave Devoe, Monika Heidemann, and Sunny Kim. She has performed in various clubs around NYC (such as Zinc Bar, Smoke, Nascimento, Triad, Boom, Knitting Factory, Zebulon) at Jamboree (Barcelona) at NEC's Jordan Hall and at Zeitgeist (Boston). Erin's musical pursuits have taken her abroad to Europe, Central America, and South America. She performed at the first international jazz festival in Panama City, Panama in 2004. In 2003 she performed in Rio de Janiero with Arthur Dutra. She lived as a working musician in Paris, France, for one year, and in Barcelona, Spain, for the past year and a half. She is comfortable singing in French, Spanish, and Portuguese, in addition to English. She enjoys singing in a wide range of genres, including bossa nova, salsa, alternative, hip-hop, pop, soul, and classical. Erin is currently focused on finishing her first singer-songwriter CD.
