Srisley(Yaeseul Kim)

Yaeseul Kim, also known as Srisley, is a South Korean jazz pianist, composer, and bandleader whose work blends Afro Latin jazz with contemporary jazz and cinematic orchestration. Her music is driven by Afro Cuban and Latin American rhythmic traditions, paired with a strong sense of structure shaped by film scoring and large ensemble writing.

She leads projects in formats ranging from piano trio and duo to big band and orchestral settings, emphasizing rhythm, form, and narrative flow. Yaeseul has performed internationally at major festivals and venues including the Boston Calling Music Festival and the Detroit Jazz Festival, and has collaborated with Grammy winning musicians from the Latin jazz world.

In addition to her performance career, she is active as an educator, teaching piano and ensemble courses at the university level.
