Sol Jang plays with a very high degree of technique on the piano. Bass and drums are very tight, the song spaces produced allow for good interaction and afford the trio a clear musical maturity on this straight ahead jazz that shows much passion and a song structure whose chord schemes are woven with disciplined phrasing and at the same time joyful playing.
