Los Angeles, CA project Belize released their debut LP Tidal Tales From The Other Side on June 21, 2011 through Gas Can Music. Fronted by singer-songwriter Casey Curry, Belize maintains influences from a diverse range of artists including Nick Cave, The Doors, Brian Wilson, Pink Floyd, Kevin Shields, and Lou Reed, resulting in a timeless rock sound that can best be described as the perfect mixture of modern indie and classic rock. No strangers to the Southern California music scene, Belize has regularly appeared at venues such as Hotel Café, Satellite, The Echo, Silverlake Lounge, The Bootleg Theater, The Mint, and The Key Club. In addition, project founder Curry is one of the most successful young photographers in the industry today, having worked directly with David LaChapelle, Paula Abdul, Andrew W.K., The Aquabats, and many more. Tidal Tales From The Other Side will be available on iTunes, Amazon MP3, and most other digital retailers, streaming services, and mobile carriers worldwide.
