BELLINGHAM, WA — Nestled between the mountains and the coast, Bellingham is a town that prides itself on indie rock nostalgia, environmental consciousness, and the faint pulse of a weekend farmer’s market.
It’s not a place you expect to find a platinum-selling architect of the next-generation music economy quietly laying digital railroad tracks from a nondescript corner of town.

And yet, that's exactly what’s happening.
Meet Dizzy Spins: music executive, systems engineer, IP strategist, and perhaps the most quietly disruptive figure the Pacific Northwest has produced in a generation.

While local artists busk downtown, chase bar gigs at the Wild Buffalo, and trade stickers for Spotify follows, Dizzy Spins has been running a wholly different playbook—one that already breached international streaming markets, conquered metadata layers, and rewrote the blueprint for independent music estates.

In 2024 alone, Spins independently released five full-length albums under his own label (Ring Music Group LLC), added over 300 new tracks to his digital catalog, and secured a platinum certification in Bulgaria for his hybrid-jazz project Uphill Battleswithout traditional label backing, without venture capital injection, and without even a dedicated publicist.
