Lindsay Solo is a dynamic vocalist capable of wowing audiences with authentic opera, and touching hearts with stirring renditions of pop favorites. “I feel like it’s my responsibility on this planet to bring joy and healing to others with my singing,” the LA-based artist shares. Lindsay’s aesthetic is an extension of the epic music tradition, a modern, cinematic sensibility that harnesses the expressive power of classical music and the immediacy and accessibility of pop. Her repertoire spans the American songbook, pop hits, film favorites, and newly-penned originals. In addition to her career as a vocalist, Lindsay is an actress and uses her theatricality to deepen her vocal performances. Today, Lindsay embraces a fresh era of creativity through joining the Impertiva Records family. The LA-based label is founded by award-winning producer and composer Yoav Goren. In addition to this career milestone, Lindsay is coming into her own as a songwriter. She recently collaborated with world-renowned sculptor Lorenzo Quinn and singer- songwriter Jared Lee for her first original, “Give and Receive,” inspired by Lorenzo Quinn’s sculpture of the same name. In keeping with the spirit of the project, a portion of sales from the track were donated to “All Hands and Hearts Smart Response” founded by philanthropist and supermodel Petra Nemcova. Lindsay has had the distinct opportunity to sing privately for music legend Quincy Jones at his Bel Aire home. She’s performed at the Dolby Theatre, sharing the stage with Andrea Bocelli, and at the LA Opera’s 50th anniversary dinner with Placidó Domingo. Recently, she made a jaw-dropping appearance forBulgari at San Ysidro Ranch, to celebrate the launch of its high jewelry line, Cinemagia. There, she modeled an exclusive Bulgari necklace while delivering a fiery version of “O Mio Babbino Caro" for guests such as Kris Jenner, and CEO Jean-Christophe Babin. She also has had the pleasure of singing duets with Michael Bolton at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. In 2016, Lindsay issued her stunning self-titled debut EP, produced by composer/singer-songwriter Yonatan Elkayam, and featuring a bevy of ace musicians, including Michael Bublé guitarist Marcel Camargo. A tasteful representation of the scope of Lindsay’s artistry, thus far, includes her tracks “Wherever You Will Go,” from her upcoming Decades Of Love LP; her emotive version of “Nella Fantasia” from her debut EP; and her first original song, “Give and Receive,” her co-write with Lorenzo Quinn and Jared Lee. On Lindsay’s rousing rendition of The Calling’s ballad “Wherever You Will Go,” she effortlessly shifts from sultry low- tone singing to skyward high-tone belting, showcasing the glorious expanse of her vocal gifts.

She puts her stamp on the crossover classical evergreen “Nella Fantasia” with her smoldering vibrato technique and majestically theatrical high-note vocal passages. This pristine recording was tracked with a live chamber orchestra. Her first original, “Give and Receive,” is a delicately anthemic ballad that’s dynamically layered, arranged, and spiritually uplifting. “Writing songs has been life changing for me; I learned so much from those sessions, and I hope to do more in the future,” Lindsay says. Currently, Lindsay is readying a pair of releases. Her dream has been to do a holiday release, and she has partnered with arranger/producer Marcel Camargo to do just that. Her EP will be a fresh take on beloved holiday favorites. Her collection of romantic songs, Decades Of Love, will be produced by Yoav Goren, and feature romantic pop standards from the 1950s until now done with an epic music flair. The sensual collection will feature lavish orchestra performances alongside sparsely elegant intimate vocal and instrumental accompaniment recordings. “I have personally chosen each song on Decades of Love, picking the songs that have touched me the most throughout my life's journey in love. There’s nothing more epic than the emotion of love,” Lindsay says. Lindsay’s earliest musical memories are soaking up the sweeping sounds of children’s movie soundtracks, adult pop artists like Celine Dion, and Micahel Bolton, singing the Lord’s Prayer in church. These sensibilities remain indelible on Lindsay’s musicality to this date. The feeling of wonder, sincerity, and bold emotionality have shaped her path. Born in Texarkana, Texas, she grew up in a supportive environment with family, friends, and community that all encouraged her to pursue her God-given gifts in music. While living in Little Rock, Arkansas as a teen, Lindsay became an in-demand singer for sporting events, belting out the “National Anthem” in front of 16,000 people at North Little Rock’s Verizon Wireless Arena, and the iconic Pepsi Center in Denver, CO. Lindsay accidently discovered the full expanse of her vocal range during college where she formally studied Vocal Performance and Opera at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and with La Musica Lirica in Novafeltria, Italy. She also sang for numerous sporting events at Denver’s Pepsi Center, the Colorado Choirand various A cappella groups. Before her studies, Lindsay had little prior knowledge of opera and classical repertoire, but she soon found she was a natural at navigating the sweeping melodies of the canon and bringing to life the dramatic narratives in the lyrics.
