Lasse Zackrisson

Lasse Zackrisson is a Swedish producer and the longtime director of Vax Records, one of Sweden’s most enduring and dedicated jazz labels. For more than 30 years, Vax Records has worked closely with legendary artists such as Alice Babs, Arne Domnérus and Jan Allan, building a catalogue that highlights the richness and legacy of Swedish jazz. The label is known for high‑quality productions, carefully curated archival releases and collaborations that preserve important musical history. In addition to its own releases, Vax Records provides digital distribution services for several independent labels, including Phontastic, and today oversees a catalogue of more than 7,000 recordings across multiple genres.
