About Me
Born in Tokyo. Loves jazz and funk, and spends weekends with guitar in hand.
When I was a kid, I heard Earth, Wind & Fire for the first time, and I was blown away by their rich harmonies, tight grooves, and sparkling horn section. That moment sparked my love for jazz-influenced music. Since then, I’ve been really into jazz, fusion, soul, acid jazz, funk, and Brazilian jazz. I especially love tunes with a solid 16-beat groove and harmonies full of tension. Back in school, I started playing brass instruments, guitar, and bass. These days, I mostly play jazz and funk, always exploring new ways to create smooth harmonies and melodies that feel good to play and listen to.
