From concert halls, to jazz clubs, to punk houses, Ryan has been performing all of his life. Experimenting in many genres has given him the ability to find the groove and keep his sound interesting. He is always looking to expand his abilities, and is always ready for the next adventure.
My Jazz Story
I love jazz because it's always evolving.
I was first exposed to jazz by my high school teacher.
I met Jim Black, Uri Caine, Ralph Alessi, and John Hébert.
The best show I ever attended was Behemoth.
The first jazz record I bought was John Coltrane's A Love Supreme.
My advice to new listeners... keep your ears open.
