Born in 1956 in Albion, Michigan, during the time of Elvis and Sputnik, I spent a summer in the 1960s (I forget exactly what year) with Dave Brubeck and his family,
that summer I heard electronic music for the first time, and saw home-made posters for a band called the Rolling Stones but I did to attend and missed out. I lived in
