He co-founded The Panamerican School of Music along with Alan Copeland and Sid Jacobs where he teaches Jazz music to musicians from all around the world.

In 2002, he founded Dinjes® Music Therapy Center, an organization that provides therapy to persons with developmental disabilities through music and the Arts. At Dinjes® Music Therapy Center, Pablo developed a three-part program to provide effective music therapy to special needs children and adults. By incorporating music therapy, dance/movement, and art, people with special needs can expand their communication skills while at the same time improving their social skills, cognitive, emotional, sensory and motor skills.
