Mona's been engrossed with the entire aspect of entertainment; as a result, "Action Words Entertainment" is born!
Mona's been engrossed with the entire aspect of entertainment, as well as affection for jazz, hip-hop to various genres of authentic music; along with her desire to inspire through words since childhood. As a result, Mona cultivated her passion for the mass media industry while attending college at Grambling State University in the mid 80s. It was in college, as well as after college when Mona cultivated her talent as an on air personality, voice over professional, program/music director, board operator for live shows via satellite, creative/copywriter for diverse radio/television stations; in addition to writing/reporting for a mixture of traditional radio/news formats - all employed professionally. Not long ago, Mona dibbled in marketing for FM V108, Home of the Tom Joyner Show and the Michael Baisden show; in addition to 105.7 Jazz, The Oasis. After that, Mona went on to KNEWS, later joined forces with a private entertainment company where she headed the Promotions Department and had sinificant influences on the R&B internet streaming radio. These days Mona is a voiceover professional and freelance writer, while writing for the national hip-hop/ music online source, - the Examiner; writer/producer of her own docu-style, reality television shows, and now she committed herself to the new Dignity By Demand Entertainment company!
