My Jazz Story
I love jazz because it allows me to express myself, connect with my higher power, explore the endless possibilities with my bandmates, and connect with my audience. It doesn't matter how
many people I play for, I give me all because that's what's called from the music. This art form is FREEDOM and we all want connection and the freedom to be ourselves as human beings. I
love how this music allows that to happen.
My House Concert Story
I was able to host several concerts weekly during the pandemic and post pandemic. These shows started off as just safe jam sessions with my band, but then we would have neighbors come
out and listen to us as we worked out new compositions, and gathered together. Before long I would host these shows from "The Patio" and invite my neighbors and then my friends and
fans. After things began to re-norm I then stopped the shows, but I'm looking forward to recreating an event like this once every few months to showcase new music.
