My Jazz Story

I love jazz because I like contemporary improvisations. I was first exposed to jazz in Malcolm's house, UK. I met the guitarist John Renbourne playing in my local pub. The best show I ever attended was Miles Davis, 1970 at The Royal Festival Hall, London 1970 with Keith Jarrett on electric piano and Jack DeJohnette in the band. The first jazz record I bought was "Miles Smiles" the one with the red cover. My advice to new listeners is: check out the 60s Miles Quintet. Failing that, I've just released a CD called jazZ:Probitz on Amazon US. One-thing-leads-to-another, sometimes ...!
