My Jazz Story

I love jazz because in its core it is expressive, free, and open. I was first exposed to jazz as a young teenager. I met Lew Tabackin when I was a teenager and he was an extraordinary example of someone seeking the highest levels of art and humanity in his life.

My House Concert Story

An intimate affair in my historic old farm house with friends and neighbors. As a covid adaptation my son - Nate Deshler and I performed standards and engaged with folks in the most intimate setting.
