About Me
I was born in Bombay, India. I worked for a bank for over 20 years. I was the first correspondent for Billboard in India and the third for Jazz Forum. My family and I moved to Canada in 1993. A couple of years later I started writing for Coda and a couple of years plus after that, hitched on to the All About Jazz wagon. I also enjoy movies. My favorite directors are Satyajit Ray, Ingmar Bergman, Pedro Almodovar and Akira Kurosawa.
