About Me
BeBe offers rich jazz vocals, Broadway, cabaret, standards, and some music not sung in Houston by other female artists. It’s also not too loud. One can sit back and enjoy or simply listen or talk. There’s no need to shout over this diva. As a vocal Instructor, BeBe Kelly-Serrato started her career in theater at the high school level, continuing with a degree in secondary education and a minor in music. She has performed in numerous productions at Clear Creek Country Theater and Harbour Playhouse. BeBe is available for private parties and will work with other musicians on projects when requested.

I love jazz because...it's the Opera of American Music
I was first exposed to jazz...as a child
I met [musician name]...Sister Mary Elizabeth who taught me Classical Opera and Jazz
The best show I ever attended was...Madam Butterfly at the age of 8 and later...Wicked
The first jazz record I bought was...Love for Sale...Fly me to the MOON
My advice to new listeners...Jazz is passion filled music listen until it melts into your soul.
I love to sing it sets me completely free if I'm said singing will life me out of whatever has
me
down in the dumps and sometimes all I need to do is listen and tearing up can be
gratifying
and cathartic! Music is the most creative thing I can do, there are all forms of artistic
freedom
singer-songwriters are wonderful too.
