My Jazz Story
I love jazz because it is extemporaneous and
allows a musician the freedom to improvise,
yet is still disciplined.
I was first exposed to jazz by my father at
an early age.
The best show I ever attended was Dave
Brubeck in Cambridge, MA, in the late 90s.
My advice to new listeners is to listen to
several jazz musicians before making up
your mind as to what you really like.
