Christopher Glass

I am Christopher Glass a jazz guitarist and doctoral student.

About Me

I am Christopher Glass, currently I am enrolled in the Doctor of Education Program at the University of South Florida. My dissertation will be “Jazz as a Socially and Culturally Responsive Teaching Pedagogy.” I have my Bachelor's in Black Studies and a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts with a focus in Black Studies. I have published two books. I am a high school and middle school history teacher. I am a jazz musician and have been playing guitar for over 20 years. My entire family loves jazz, music is a tradition in my family. I am a fourth generation guitarist and jazz help save my life.
