My Jazz Story

I love blues, boogie ang backbeat rock and roll, the roots of jazz. I've been playing American Piano Music since I was three years old, and grew up on Pete Johnson, Albert Ammons and Meade Lux Lewis before I started playing piano for Chuck Berry in 1966. I met Charles, and Muddy and Hubert and Bo and worked many gigs with them over the years. And now I've been fortunate enough to tour with both Bob Seeley and Arthur Migliazza, two of the most amazing pianists in the jazz / blues / boogie genre. Looking forward to many more years of banging out American Piano Music with the best players in the world.
