My Jazz Story

A.VAFEA JAZZ PROJECTS is a non-profit organization committed to provide a personalized, collaborative and caring experience for artists and partners from the Jazz era. Our aim is to deliver with devotion and passion refreshing and innovative jazz proposals. We collaborate with the elite of jazz musicians in Cyprus, London and Greece and we are committed to supporting and developing the next generation of talented young performers. Growing up in a musicians’ family it was a natural step to deliver our vision of a modern, flexible and multitask artist and cultural organization. Over the last year with the support of our Artistic Director, the drummer Ioannis Vafeas, we are about to achieve further, not only in Concert and Festival Organizations but also in education organizing seminars and workshops at Universities, festivals and conservatories to give Jazz music the position it deserves; to bring people together, exchange ideas and experiences, promote our fabulous artists and make a place for jazz musicians from all over Europe to meet.
