My Jazz Story
I love jazz because it makes me happy to play and listen.
I was first exposed to jazz in my teens.
I met many musicians in the Netherlands.
The best show I ever attended was Yellow Jackets in Paradox jazzclub in Tilburg.
The first jazz record I bought was from pianist Louis van Dijk.
My advice to new listeners. Learn to listen to all different kinds of jazzmusic!
My House Concert Story
I am a board member of Jazz Podium Goirle. We organize 7 (or sometimes) 8 concerts per season in Cultureel Centrum Jan van Besouw in Goirle.
