About Me

My parents played music on the stereo directed toward my mother's womb when I was still growing. Perhaps that is what instilled my love of music and especially jazz.

My Jazz Story

To me, jazz is the ultimate form of democracy in action. Everyone is free to explore their own thing and be recognized for individual effort and achievement while simultaneously working for the benefit of the group/team. Everyone does their own thing but does it in such a manner as to compliment and accentuate the efforts of everyone else. If there's another genre of music that allows and displays that concept I'm unaware.
