About Me
My Jazz Story
I love jazz because it's the most important communicative musical style. I met Marko Marcinko in the early nineties and he was a big part in my influence of jazz. The best show I ever attended was the Count Basie Band in New York City in 1961. The first jazz record I bought was Dexter Gordon in the mid sixties. My advice to new listeners is to keep on exploring new venues which opens new horizons of jazz creativity. Listen, learn, and support live jazz, big band jazz, Afro-Cuban, Brazilian and the jazz artists of the world.
