PERSONAL HISTORY: Spent formative years in Colorado playing Violin, Guitar, Piano and Basses. Moved to Chicago to play a wide variety of music with a wide variety of players. Currently writing and playing Jazz, R&B, New Age, Blues, Brazilian and Classical as the schedule allows.

EDUCATION: Colorado State University/Music Major, Bloom School Of Jazz, Private study with Jazz and Classical Instructors on Acoustic String Bass, Fretless Electric and 5-String Electric and Violin. Clinics, workshops, ongoing... A Student of this incarnation

EMPLOYMENT: Studio recordings, live performance, all avenues of musical styles. Toured Europe with both Jazz and Classical groups. Recorded CDs with Jazz and New Age artists. Bassist for hire with The Buddy Rich Band, Ben E. King, The Shirelles, The Platters, The Coasters, Bob McGrath (Sesame Street), Barrett Deems (Jazz-Great Drummer). Has performed live with Dave Weckl, Monty Alexander, David Fathead Newman, Frank Wess, Clark Terry, James Moody, Ernie Andrews, Freddie Cole, Lynda Carter, Noel Paul Stookey, John Blackwell, Ian Paice, Bruce Dickinson, Gavin Harrison, Clarence Gatemouth Brown, Clem Cattini, John Thomson, Ginger Baker, Everett Greene, Robert Irving III, Barbara Morrison. On CD tracks with David Sanborn, Danny Brubeck, Joel Rosenblatt, David Spinozza, Fareed Haque. Paul Wertico, Buddy DeFranco, Steve Cole, Lisa Lauren, Ericson Holt, Chris Clifton. Has Performed at: The Chicago Jazz Festival, The North Sea Jazz Festival (The Hague, Holland), Montreaux Jazz Festival (Montreaux, Switzerland), Park Tower Blues Festival (Tokyo, Japan), Spoletto Music Festival (Spoletto, Italy), International Cultural Festival (Hue, Vietnam), & The London Palladium.

MUSICAL INFLUENCES: James Jamerson, Ron Carter, Ray Brown, Paul Chambers, Jimmy Blanton, Bootsie Collins, Jaco Pastorious, Marcus Miller, Paul McCartney, Sting, Alphonso Johnson and many others.
