My Jazz Story

I love jazz because...it's in my blood , from my Dad a musician (Saxophonist)....and listening to him riff (play) I was first exposed to jazz...while in the army in 1969 I met [musician name]...Art Porter in 1980 was a great meeting for me & my twin Duayne ....we enjoyed jamming with him and became roommates for a year or so , he was very influential in the direction of music style for my brother and I ! We miss him dearly .... The best show I ever attended was...Earth-Wind-Fire ....Chick Corea's (Return To Forever) The first jazz record I bought was..."The Crusaders" My advice to new listeners...Expect to be transformed into a good mood if you're not already there :-) Or whatever else you have in mind.
