Luzo-brazilian bass player and composer.
While Walter Areia goes up and down the hills and stages of Lisbon carrying his distinctive 3-string bass, in addition to continuing his solo career playing with his new quartet and trio, Areia also actively collaborates with important artists, including Fred Martins, Larry John McNally, and Karlos Rotsen, and he is also was regular member of Rua das Pretas by Pierre Aderne.
