We had a huge GE console stereo my dad bought on layaway in he late sixties. Either LP’s played or the radio was tuned to the fabled WNEW AM. Through eras of Rock, Motown, Disco, Punk and New Wave, the incomparable melodies of Sinatra, Fitzgerald, Holiday & Bennett remained steadfast. And I loved it. And what I love about the concept of JAZZARTZ – and what drives me to succeed at this endeavour – is that the concept intersects several of my passions – art, design, photography, history and The Great American Songbook.
