About Me

San Francisco saxophonist leads his own quartet and also the Contemporary Jazz Orchestra. Performing currently with The Tod Dickow Quartet, Tod Dickow with Charged Particles. October 21 CD release - Charged Particles with Tod Dickow Live at The Baked Potato playing the music of Michael Brecker. Has recorded CD's with The Full Faith & Credit Big Band, Black Market Jazz Orchestra, Full Spectrum, Contemporary Jazz Orchestra, The Turtle Island String Quartet (w/the Bay Area Jazz Composers Orchestra) The Al Molina Latin Jazz Quintet and Singer Lisa B. And David Gonzalez, Chris Trinidad and the African American Composers Initiative. As a sideman has performed with names such as Ella Fitgerald, Nancy Wilson, Jackie & Roy, Harry Connick Jr., Seal and Dave Brubeck. Also works as a private instructor and clinician.
