Tim O'Keefe covers jazz in the Boston area.
About Me
I grew up in Everett, Massachusetts, a working-class city adjacent to Boston. While
in Everett, I did my best to take full advantage of what Boston has to offer: I
studied music from Berklee students who were looking to make ends meet, learned
martial arts in Boston's Chinatown community, and attended numerous music
performances.
I have writing degree from Northeastern University, located on Boston's Avenue of
the Arts. I'm active on the competition barbecue circuit, and co-wrote three
cookbooks, but I always find happiness in writing about jazz.
