About Me

I´m a journalist in Sao Paulo, but I spent last year studying music in Montreal. Though I had courses in university here (Musique, Art et Societé, in Université de Montreal), concerts are definitely the best classroom. I came as a Brazilian music and rock fan, but my life turned out to be flooded by jazz - and before I could realize I was down in New Orleans for 2010 Jazz Fest.

I´ve written about Brazilian music and emerging groups in the rock scene in the blog Untuned, which I created with a Brazilian colleague.
