My Jazz Story
I love jazz because... of the high level of improvisation and harmonic exploration
I was first exposed to jazz... through the works of Pekka Pohjola
I met [musician name]... the guys from Snarky Puppy just recently
The best show I ever attended was... Stevie Wonder at Pori Jazz in 2004 (certainly one of the best at least). I've seen many fantastic shows though.
The first jazz record I bought was... probably Heavy Weather by Weather Report
My advice to new listeners... is to go to gigs and expose yourself to different kinds of music
