Steve Black, multi-instrumentalist from Branson, Missouri.

About Me

After many years as a working musician in the Little Rock, Arkansas area doing shows, club dates and concerts, Steve moved to Branson in late 1997 to play the character Jackson in the musical Pump Boys and Dinettes.

Steve has also performed with The Texas Tenors, Debby Boone, Marty Haggard, Legends In Concert, The Lennon Brothers Swing Music Show, Cracklin' Rose, The Shoji Tabuchi Show, #1 Hits of the 60's Show, Superstars of Country, The Rat Pack - Live & Swingin' and more.

Currently you can catch him performing as part of The Castaways on The Showboat Branson Belle.

Steve and his band The New Acoustic Jazz Trio are available for club dates, events, recording sessions, production shows and private bookings.

I've met and played with many musicians...from Art Porter (Sr. and Jr.), Charles Thomas, Ace Cannon, Debby Boone, Les Brown Jr., Airto Moreira, Herb Ellis and more... The first jazz record I bought was Chick Corea.
