About Me
My Jazz Story
I was first exposed to jazz...by my parents in the mid 60's. My parents always had music playing on the record player. They
listened to Jimmy the Sermon, West Montgomery, Dinah Washington Nancy, Lionel Hampton and many more. My love for jazz
grew after my big brother returned home from Vietnam. He shared with me his experience in the war. In the background we
would listen to jazz and play chess into the early morning hours. I continued my love for jazz grew into a lifelong career of
Deejaying Jazz and Blues in local clubs and on the radio. Recently I was the host and programmed the music for All That Jazz
on a local radio station.
My House Concert Story
I love jazz house concerts they are so intimate. I enjoy getting to meet the artist and learn about their music.
