Minister, Physician and Jazz Musician

Rev. Ronald V. Myers, Sr., M.D. was born in Chicago, IL and raised in Milwaukee, WI, He is the Founder & Chairman of the National Association of Juneteenth Jazz Presenters (NAJJP) and the Founder and Director of the Fellowship of Creative Christian Jazz Musicians (FCCJM). Myers tours the country as the National Juneteenth Jazz Artist and is the Artistic Director of the Mississippi Jazz & Heritage Festival. Myers is the Founder, Director and Producer of “June is Black Music Month!” - CELEBRATING JUNETEENTH JAZZ - “Preserving Our African American Jazz Legacy!” He promotes June is Junetenth African American Jazz Legacy Month as the featrured artist of the International Juneteenth Jazz Concert Series. Rev. Myers also serves as the chaplin of the African American Jazz Caucus (AAJC).
