Olivia is a Manchester based professional violinist, dedicated to jazz and classical Indian music
About Me
Olivia Moore is one of the U.K’s most innovative and creative violinist’s.....a dedicated bandleader
who fuses jazz and classical Indian music. Her band “Unfurl” which has performed at all the main
UK jazz festivals.
Within Jazz, she has worked on many different projects in UK and abroad with illuminaries such as
Jean Toussaint, Tony Remy, Matthew Bourne, Adam Fairhall, Stuart McCallum, Alabaster DePlume,
Kirsty Almeida, Shirley Smart and Jason Singh.
Within World Music she has worked with Kefaya, John Meyer, Chitravina Ravikiran and Suns of
Arqa. She has toured internationally many times with Tabla player Mukesh Jhadav.
She has played twice at Glastonbury festival and at major UK venues such as Queen Elizabeth Hall,
Purcell Room, Lowry Centre and Bridgwater Hall.
