My Jazz Story

I love jazz because...it makes me feel connected to life. I was first exposed to jazz...In Bermuda where I grew up. I used to see people walking down the street finger popping and moving to a groove. Then i heard some Jazz coming out of the musicians club and knew that this was the groove I had been feeling and wanted to connect to it. I met [musician name]...Budd Tate and he eventually played on my first record with me. The best show I ever attended was...Thelonious Monk at the Five Spot. The first jazz record I bought was...Sonny Rollins Brass/Sonny Rollins Trio. My advice to new listeners...Listen to Jazz 24/7! Or whatever else you have in mind.
