I love jazz because...it allows me to fully express myself without limits. I was first exposed to jazz...in 1971 I met [musician name]....way too many...just some I've met; Eddie Harris, James Newton, Bobbie Branford, Red Callendar, Dennis Charles, Greg Osby, Sonny Simmons, Sonny Fortune, Steve Coleman, Dominic Duval, Vincent Chancey, Sunship Theus, Cedric Lawson....way too many more... The best show I ever attended was...also way too many...every one I went to was beyond my expectations...beautiful... The first jazz record I bought was...Mister Magic-Grover Washington Jr. My advice to new listeners...keep your ears open Or whatever else you have in mind.
