My Jazz Story

I was first exposed to jazz around 1959. Loved the drums and was completely absorbed by the music of Gene Krupa, Cozy Cole and Matty Mattlock. It turned into a very successful career at the drums and I've had several big bands since 1972. We're still at it today and I enjoy playing with some of the most gifted and accomplished musicians that exist. I look forward to playing every day for as long as I can!
