My Jazz Story
I love jazz because it sounds like freedom.
I was first exposed to jazz because my dad was a frustrated jazz drummer with a decent collection.
The best show I ever attended was John McLaughlin at the Rainbow Theatre, London, late 70s.
The first jazz record I bought was Birds Of Fire.
My advice to new listeners is listen without prejudice.
