My Jazz Story
I'm professor of Trumpet and Director of Jazz Ensembles at Coastal Carolina University,
previously hailing from Nashville, Miami, and Tampa. I love music and that involves just
about every style and genre imaginable, but improvisation and communication on the
bandstand is the purest expression of freedom, democracy, intellect, and emotion.
