Maria Kaushansky is a classically trained pianist and ballet accompanist whose music blends classical, jazz, and pop. Born in Russia and raised in Canada, she is now based in New York City. Her debut album, “Northbound to Finch” (Oct 17), pays tribute to her Toronto roots, and is accompanied by a companion album for ballet dancers.
