About Me

I sing jazz/pop standards with a style reminiscent of the big band singers of the '40s. My extensive repertoire includes popular standards as well as unfamiliar gems of the 1920s to 1950s. My vocal quality is distinctive and catches the listener's attention on the first notes. With flawless enunciation, impeccable phrasing, and a warm, natural delivery, I focus on interpreting the lyrics to tell a story. Two self-produced CDs, “Sing! Went the Strings of My Heart” and “Under A Blanket of Blue” have had excellent reviews and have been aired on several US radio stations, as well as in foreign countries. Before moving to San Antonio, where I currently perform in private clubs, hotels, at galas, and for private functions, I sang in the Baltimore, Washington, and Virginia area.
