My Jazz Story

I was first exposed to jazz when I was a baby. I met Duke Ellington when I was 6 years old. I fell in love with "I Love You Madly" and asked my grandmother to ask him to wait til I grow up so we can get married. :-) I have been to endlessly wonderful shows, but I suppose the one that made me cry when it ended was James Brown. The first jazz record I bought was Weather Report.
