About Me

I'm a native and have lived California all my life. I grew up listening to and loving all kinds of music from Classical to R&B. My main love is Jazz, Classical, R&B and Scottish. I also have a great love for Black History and all it relates to the rest of the world as well as the U.S., poetry, plays, and various styles of prose.

I attended California State University, Northridge and USC. I'm an avid Jazz fan and Musician/Flutist and free-lance writer. In my 9 to 5 life I'm an Academic Advisor at University of Southern California.

A favorite hobby of mine is to fine Jazz venues in cities when I travel that are hidden gems.
