About Me

Kate Mohanty, born July 10, 1986, has been playing the saxophone for twelve years. She has studied jazz extensively with the likes of Jason Rigby, Ray Anderson, Pete Robbins, John McKenna, Mark Vinci and numerous others. She is currently working on obtaining a bachelor of music degree at the University of Vermont. Kate currently lives in Burlington, Vermont, where she performs freqently in various groups.
